Cancel an order (right of withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To meet the deadline, it’s enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14 days end.

How to withdraw

Tell us your decision by a clear statement — email contact@rootbeersocialclub.com. You may use the model form below, but it’s not required.

Refunds

We’ll refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used — unless you expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earliest. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

Some products are excepted from the right of withdrawal under applicable law — for example goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, or sealed food/drink items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Where an exception applies to your order, we’ll tell you before you buy.
