Bruce Cost Fresh Ginger Ale - Jasmine Tea
Bruce Cost Ginger Ale · Fresh-ginger ale, unfiltered, jasmine green tea
Brooklyn, New York, USA
A cloudy, unfiltered fresh-ginger ale that swaps part of its water for brewed jasmine green tea, layering a perfumed floral lift over Bruce Cost's signature real-ginger bite. The fresh ginger drives genuine chemesthetic heat that builds across a long, drying finish, while the tea contributes soft tannin and an earthy backbone that keeps the cane-sugar sweetness in check. Gentle carbonation and visible ginger sediment make it read more like a brewed infusion than a soda-fountain ginger ale. Best for drinkers who want aromatic complexity and warmth over fizzy refreshment.

The maker
Bruce Cost Ginger Ale was founded in 2010 by chef and cookbook author Bruce Cost, who built the line around a fresh-ginger ale he had served for years at his restaurants. The unfiltered sodas are made from 100% fresh ginger instead of extract and bottled at the company's own facility in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The Jasmine Tea variant was one of the brand's three original flavors at launch, brewing premium jasmine green tea into the fresh-ginger base.
